Cherie Lewis,
Zumba Instructor
|
|
My name is Cherie Lewis, and for me, Zumba has been more than just fitness, it has been LIFE CHANGING! I am what I refer to as a divorce widow, a woman who let life and emotion pause while I tried to figure out who I was beyond being a wife. When I found Zumba, I realized there was a whole lot more to me than meets the eye, and a whole lot more to me than should have met the eye! In August, 2008, I committed to Zumba and slowly but surely, I regained confidence and belief in who I was and realized that this can change a life!
Now, 73 pounds less of me shows up at classes to pass on the reality of what this can do for a person. I am a stronger person mentally, physically and yes, even spiritually because of the difference this has made in my life!
It is my goal to bring this change into YOUR life. I want you to know YOU CAN DO THIS. I want you to know that YOU ARE WORTH IT. I want you to BELIVE IN WHO YOU ARE. Zumba can do this for you. It is more than an exercise class. It’s a party. It’s YOUR party!
